I was treated rude by the manager and most f the mechanics tht work their no my name on a first name basis, however the times i have dealt with the people i control I get less the exemplary service and i too am interested in a good specialist dealing in bmw and mercedes. I was thinking of using the downtown location but it appears tht the same shenanigans are there too by this post . Shame after many years of patronage I will not anymore. interested on who you find.

RE: Mechanics in Buffalo

I have previously recommended Pinnacle Automotive on Amherst St. Owner is a GVC member and drives a e39 M5:)

Dale
1980 633csi
2001 740iL
2007 328xiT

RE: Mechanics in Buffalo

If you live where Sheridan is convenient you should consider Apex in Clarence Center. Nate does great work. Former chief mechanic at Audi, now running his own show. Near Amigone Funeral Home.

If it's the one on Sheridan Drive, were you talking to Herb?

I haven't used them, but I have purchased some cars from Herb, nice guy.

Mechanics in Buffalo

I used to use a place called United Import Motors as my primary mechanic in Buffalo. They had done great work for me, until they got bought out by a collision repair chain, and brought in a few new mechanics and manager. Since then, i've been getting screwed left and right.

Anyone have any recommendations on good/trustworthy BMW and VW mechanics in buffalo? I remember something like pinnacle, but i can't remember where they were, or what the name was for sure. There was a post on the old forums about it, but i don't think those forums are around anymore.

Any help would be much appreciated, since i don't want to bend over for dealer pricing, or United Auto at this point.
